What’s up? 🙂 I decided to start a new blog series on Wednesday’s where I give you the low down on what’s going on in my world. Mostly my Indie Author life and my writing projects. If you’re interested, keep reading…
Last week, The State House Mystery gained in popularity after some promoting. I’m super excited about that! Here are three of my favorite stat screenshots…
No. 1 in Top 100 Free in 90-Minute Mystery, Thriller, & Suspense Short Reads:
No. 48 in Top 100 Paid in 90-Minute Mystery, Thriller, & Suspense Short Reads:
No. 3 Most Gifted in 90-Minute Mystery, Thriller, & Suspense Short Reads – I think this one is my fave 🙂
I also have great news! Book Two in the Malorie Darkwood series is done and ready to publish. I’m working to get that done today or tomorrow so keep an eye out! In addition to that, Book Three is already in the works too.
I’m also finalizing drafts for two totally different cozy mysteries too!
Book One of the Eden St. James series is the one I’ve been grappling with for months. It’s the most personal for me. Eden has to find a way to control her newly inherited witch powers in time to save her family’s magical legacy by solving the mystery of who poisoned Mrs. Sumpter. This book is that precious baby that’s beyond it’s due date still unwilling to be born. I’m planning to induce at the end of this month.
Book One of the Mystic Sweets Mysteries in the revision stage. This series is about the Westbrook sisters and their sleuthing adventures. These are both culinary and witchy, so you can still expect a magical cozy mystery. The image to the right is a tease of the cover. 🙂
I’m having a lot of fun with this one because I’m toying with including a cookie recipe! I’ve even finalized the recipe candidates and I’ll be baking this week to determine which, if any of them, will be included. Fun stuff!
That’s it for now. I’d love to hear from you! Leave me a comment below and let me know what you think and what you’re up to this week.
